Integrally focused

Our work is integrally focused, which means that it draws from as many essential perspectives on what it means to grow and develop ourselves.

We use a number of maps to help us with this. Remember a map is not the same as the territory but rather a pointer as to what to expect on the path of self development.

The maps we use help us to know what we need to focus in order to be more fully present and available to life.

For example, the Enneagram which is a map of personality highlights core patterns at play that we are often not aware of.

The integral maps highlight the ground we need to cover in order to be well rounded and evolutionary focused. The images below outline integral theory foundations.

Below – various developmental lines that we can reflect on to discover what is most appropriate for one to focus on.
